During this initial visit, I will gather more information about you, as well as your medical and nutritional history to help me formulate your individualized plan. This visit will take approximately 60 minutes.
I will prepare and provide you with a customized nutrition plan to help you reach your goals.
These will be 30 minute visits weekly or bi-weekly. I will check in on how you are doing and make modifications to your nutrition plan, as needed.
